Project engagements

Each project is scoped in writing with estimated hours and a not-to-exceed amount. Every package has a firm starting price at the standard rate and a stated number of hours, shown on its details page. Larger environments require additional time, and your written estimate reflects the size and complexity of yours.

Defined scopes. Select a package to see its pricing and what it includes.

Larger projects

Multi-week engagements scoped to your environment.

Time-capped engagements

Extended reviews and remediation efforts are typically structured with a weekly hour cap and a total not-to-exceed amount. This keeps costs predictable while allowing for issues uncovered during the work.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know what a project will cost before it starts?

You receive a written estimate with the scope, estimated hours, and a not-to-exceed amount, and work begins only after you approve it. Any change in scope is quoted and approved in writing before additional work is done.

When does the three-hour minimum apply?

It applies to scheduled sessions, onsite visits, and dedicated work sessions, and covers preparation, the session, and follow-up. It does not apply to engagements already scoped at more than three hours. After the first three hours, time is billed in 15-minute increments.

Is the monthly retainer or hourly billing a better fit?

A retainer suits organizations with steady needs, such as user and permission changes, access reviews, and routine administration, because it offers a lower effective rate and reserved capacity. Hourly billing suits occasional needs and one-time projects.

Which platforms do you work with?

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration, identity and access management, endpoint management with Intune, Jamf, SCCM, and Apple Business Manager, Windows and macOS setup, and small-office networking.

What happens when an engagement ends?

Temporary administrator access is removed, credentials and documentation are returned, and your data is handled under the retention and destruction terms in your agreement. Transition assistance for a new provider is available on request at the standard rate.
